LMR advised a syndicate of banks in connection with the sale of a Nordic industrial group that was the borrower of approximately EUR 450 million senior debt as well as subordinated debt (2010).

LMR advised BNP Paribas and Finnish Export Credit Ltd in connection with USD 500 million export credit facility for Oi (Telemar Norte Leste S.A.), Brazil and related agreements (2009).

LMR advised Nordea Bank Finland Plc in connection with a facility agreement for purpose of financing a Finnish mining company for a EUR 44.6 million investment in a railway construction project and related security arrangements (2008).

LMR advised Pohjola Bank Plc and certain other financiers in connection with a EUR 15,7 million senior facility agreement and a EUR 3,5 million mezzanine facility agreement for purpose of financing the acquisition of a Finnish company providing services in the field of construction business (2008).

LMR advised senior and mezzanine lenders, including Deutsche Bank AG and Royal Bank of Scotland and other lenders, in connection with loan facilities made to Algeco companies (2008).
